Relax Lite is a guided meditation app that offers breathing exercises to practice mindfulness. Voted Top Mind & Body App of 2014 by Leading Doctors, it can be useful in a variety of ways including better managing migraines and reducing stress.

 

Overview

 

Relax Lite gives you the power of choice by allowing you to select between guided breathing or meditation to help reduce stress and anxiety in your life. You can take the built-in recommended course or switch to classic mode and enjoy other breathing patterns equipped with customized timing. Lastly, select the music that best soothes you so you can relax better and reduce your likelihood of having migraines.

Breathing or Meditation

 

Whether you want to focus on your breathing or restful meditation exercises to reach relaxation, you can choose which better suits you through Relax Lite. If you choose breathing you’ll enjoy musical cues to let you know when to switch between phases of breathing. The guided meditation includes 8 minute sessions that target different body parts.

 

Structured Course or Classic Mode

 

The structured course offers breathing exercises that  you can practice for only 5 minutes a day and reduce stress and migraines, lower heart rate and blood pressure, and improve your sleep. You can also switch to the classic mode, which also offers these health benefits, but as a customizable option to fit your lifestyle.

 

Choose Your Music

 

Since music is a vital component in Relax Lite to promote relaxation, the developers thought it would be best if you chose the music that best relaxes you. You know what music and themes help reduce anxiety for you the best, so take advantage by choosing your sounds of stress relief.
