Listening to a single 30 minute audio session daily from Migraine Relief Hypnosis aims to increase relaxation and decrease the occurrence of migraines in 1 to 3 weeks. The app features a certified hypnotherapist, as well as sounds of nature and soothing background music to promote a peaceful state.

 

Hypnotic Booster

The Hypnotic Booster helps create the best conditions for optimal brainwave frequency to promote a peaceful environment. The Awaken at End feature can be turned off when you’re ready for bed so that the app doesn’t disrupt your restful sleep.

 

Listen While You Sleep

Alternatively, if you think the session could promote a more peaceful sleep state, you can repeatedly listen to the audio session or loop it while you you’re sleeping — your most relaxing time.
